caulfield house

Single storey renovation to rear of existing red-brick California Bungalow. The design features sheer glass walls to the north and east. A fifteen meter long, solid brick walls provide thermal mass. The wall connects old and new, inside and outside. It begins in the existing house and extends right through the new portion and out into the garden.
